I have been taking this vitamin for about a month now as we are trying to get pregnant. I absolutely love this vitamin and cannot say enough good things about it. I am also taking the Ocean Mom's DHA from Vitamin Code as well. I really don't mind taking this vitamin 3 times per day and I feel like my nutrients are steady all throughout the day. The capsule is easy to swallow and no bad taste. These do not upset my stomach at all and I feel great on them.
